Protest action for public education.

June 2012

The action took place in the context of a day of protest organized by the Association of Parents of the IEPC Cervantes de Valencia against budget cuts suffered by public education.

The enllapisada (pencilation) presented to the school community center (parents, students and teachers) as inhabitants of a village Gallic (in direct reference to the village of Asterix) to resist the constant attacks of the Romans (in this case the government public)

The stockade remained until the end of the course as a symbol of "strength" of this village.
